Long story short, I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised by this movie. The storyline was very well put together.

A lot of thought went into this movie and that includes the 3D and special effects. I remember reading about the Gods when I was very young. My parents brought home books that told stories of Gods and Goddesses. So naturally, I was all hyped up about this movie. I can say with this is one of those guilty pleasures of a movie and I plan on watching again and again. I really enjoyed this movie. I am in hopes that this movie will have a sequel with the same level of intelligence, stamina, 3D and special effects to bring the characters to life on the big screen.

I gave it an 8 because there were a few places where the story sort of got off track, but not a deal breaker in my book. If you enjoy fantasy and have a thing for Egypt, then this movie may be right up your alley.
