As to perk points, there was a script dragon mod that allowed you to convert dragon souls to perk points (though I think it's abandoned and no longer works with latest versions of the game?), so there has to be some way to add perk points. Ishs Respec Mod. If there remain any perks after the above mod being used, use the console to remove them (as explained by Arkive post, you can even create a bat file to make it easier later on) and use this mod: Perk Point Potion to get the right ammount of perk points back. The final Alchemy perk will try to kill you and rewards you with 3 perk points (and a 25% bonus to crafted potions and poisons) if you survive. There's a perk in the Lockpicking tree that picks 5 random locked chests to give you a perk point (and 15,000 gold) each. The final Lockpicking perk will let you bypass up to expert locks and gives you 2 perk points after unlocking or bypassing 100 locks. SXP (Redone) - Skyrim Experience ModThis my favorite. It gives RPG style exp that you cash out on (think Fable™) and spend on anything from perk points to regular skills or shout damage. You can adjust everything in the MCM found in SkyUI. Isn't script intensive either, and can be made to be even lighter if need be.I second Skyshards as well.SkyTweak is a must. You can change anything and everything, including adding perk points. No, there is no console command that allows you to change how many perk points you have. You either need to give yourself perks directly, as in, or use a mod to adjust your perk points.If you have the mod, you can in the console, and then use the mod to convert them to perk points.
If you want two more perk points, give yourself ten dragon souls with player.modav dragonsouls 10, and then use the Deadly Dragons mod configuration menu to convert the souls to perk points (if you kept the default conversion rate of 5 dragon souls per perk point).There might be other mods that make the process more convenient, but Deadly Dragons is the only one I've used.
